Elizabeth has been the Executive Director since 2011. She has over 20 years' experience as an insurance broker, risk management consultant, and JPA/Risk Pool Program manager for CA school districts and government agencies.

Trever started as the Accounting Assistant for VCSSFA in 2014, moved into the Health Benefits Manager position in 2016 and the Controller position in 2025. He is a graduate of CSU Northridge.

Russ has been with VCSSFA for over 20 years. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Science and nearly 30 years of experience in safety, hazardous materials management, environmental compliance, and workers' compensation.

Michelle began working for VCSSFA in 2018 as a risk manager. She has over 25 years of safety and risk experience. She is a graduate of Scripps College.
