Elizabeth has been the Executive Director since 2011. She has over 20 years' experience as an insurance broker, risk management consultant, and JPA/Risk Pool Program manager for CA school districts and government agencies.

Kristen began working for VCSSFA in May 2018. She is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and spent five years as the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services at Rio School District. Prior to that, she was the Director of Accounting at Las Virgenes Unified School District.

Russ has been with VCSSFA for over 20 years. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Science and nearly 30 years of experience in safety, hazardous materials management, environmental compliance, and workers' compensation.

Michelle began working for VCSSFA in 2018 as a risk manager. She has over 25 years of safety and risk experience. She is a graduate of Scripps College.
